As mentioned during our August 19th Community Council meeting;-  This application was submitted to The Highland Council on 12th August 2025 and went live on their planning portal yesterday, 22nd August.

Boralex Project Manager Katrina Walker's update can be heard here;- https://bit.ly/GDCCmeeting19thAugust2025 as always we appreciate being kept in the loop and continue to work with the developer;- in this instance particulary on the A832 speed around the entrance to the propesed site and tree felling which The Highland Council said would be necessary following the intial PAN. 
This is something we hope can be mitgated as the landowner, developer, ourselves and the community do not want to see 200M of trees felled either side of the entrance when slowing traffic would mitigate the requirement. Bob, Sadie and Simon visited the site to view the trees at risk of felling last month.
This application is open for consultation representations until 19th September and a public event will be held at Garve Public Hall later in the Autumn.
