Following the 'rasie an objection'  letter submitted to the ECU by The Highland Council - 8th December 2025 
we have been anticipating this application would come before NPAC - North Planning Area Committee, however the application is not on the NPAC list for tomorrow's bi-monthly meeting.

We note the status of this application on the ECU - Energy Consents Unit, website is now listed as being referred to DPEA - Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals.
We have had no notification of this as Statuatiory Consultees. 

We have also been expecting an update on the traffic management plan for this application - since it was requested by Transport Scotland on 29th May 2025.
However there has been no further documentation submitted to the ECU portal in respect of the information requested by Transport Scotland since that date.
